The components for the inner workings of the LIGHTNING 2020 are a completely new development of technology company Brook – which is also responsible for the waterproof coating and final assembly. It vibrates as soon as a Pokémon or a Pokéstop is nearby and indicates this directly with the single multicolour LED. The LIGHTNING can collect not only Pokémon, but also items such as Poké Balls, potions, and eggs at the press of a button. In Auto Catch mode, it even does this automatically.
